REFUNDS & RETURN POLICY


It’s critical to us that our bastards are comfortable (in their clothing) and have peace of mind around their cigaring. Below are our policies for returns, exchanges & refunds for cigars and merchandise separately.

CLOTHING & MERCHANDISE 

We accept exchanges/returns for clothing and merchandise under the following conditions:

The item(s) are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Exchanges and returned are requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

Non-exchangeable items:

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Custom or personalized merchandise.

Clearance or final sale items.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@lovelofb.com with your order number and details.

Please note:

Once your exchange is approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping your item back to us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

For an exchange: we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll ship the new size or color to you.

Please allow 5-7 business days for processing once your return is received.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or color is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit instead.

CLOTHING & MERCHANDISE 

Due to the nature of cigars and consumable goods, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

The item(s) arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The item(s) are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return:

Email our customer service team at contact@lovelofb.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:

Your order number.

A description of the issue.

Photos of any damaged or defective products (if applicable).

Approval & Shipping

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Return shipping is free for eligible returns.

Refund or Replacement

Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will:

Issue a refund to your original payment method.

Send a replacement product, if preferred and stock permits.

Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please be aware that upon arrival in your country, tobacco products may be subject to customs duties and their terms of conditions of payment. Any refunds that take place are strictly exclusive of customs duties incurred. Furthermore, if duties are not paid, the goods will be destroyed at the border and cannot be returned to us, thus preventing us from issuing a refund. 

Please ensure you are aware of the customs duties that exist for tobacco products in your country.

Order Cancellations

We act fast! Order cancellation requests must take place within 12 hours of placing an order. After this time, your cigars have likely started to move through the system on their way to you at which point we are unable to offer a refund/cancellation.
