SHIPPING POLICY
 

SHIPPING TIMES - MERCHANDISE & CIGARS
Usually, it takes 3–5 days to fulfill an order, after which we ship it out to you! The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

●  USA: 3–4 business days
●  Europe: 6–8 business days
●  Australia: 2–14 business days
●  Japan: 4–8 business days
●  Other: 10–20 business days 

Note: If purchasing multiple products, you may receive your items separately and at different times. We may have some products ready to go sooner than others, at which point we send them out immediately so you receive your items as quickly as possible.

 

CAN I ORDER CIGARS TO/IN THE USA?

No, we cannot service direct personal orders to the USA. Fortunately we have a growing number of bastardous retailers who have jumped on board our mission and are now stocking our cigars! Head over to our retailers page to find an online retailer or a local lounge/stockist near you to pick up some LOFB. You’re spoilt for choice.

WILL MY CIGAR ORDER ACCRUE ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS FEES?

You may have seen a disclaimer on our cigar order pages… It is critical to note that if ordering our cigars internationally, the price you see at checkout is likely not the full price you will be required to pay. Unfortunately most countries have their own tobacco rules & regulations that come with additional customs/import fees that are calculated ONLY when the product arrives in your country. These fees are then submitted directly to you. Please research and make sure you are aware of these regulations specific to your own country before submitting an order.

If these fees are not paid, the product is destroyed and not returned to us or sent on to you.

MY ORDER SHOULD BE HERE BUT I STILL DON’T HAVE IT…?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
●  Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
●  Ask your local post office if they have your package
●  Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at contact@lovelofb.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order (for merchandise) but shipping will be at your own cost.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at contact@lovelofb.com

I RECEIVED A WRONG/DAMAGED PRODUCT. WHAT DO I DO?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged! Fat bastards care about each other and they also care about quality control. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at contact@lovelofb.com within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

LOFB INTERNATIONAL LLC  SHIPPING TERMS

We ship cigars and other items world-wide and we comply with all legal requirements including U.S. duties, taxes and regulations but we are not responsible for local laws, regulations or taxes in other countries. Please refer to your local tobacco laws restrictions, regulations and import duties before making an order. All international customers who are shipping orders outside of the United States are responsible for their merchandise. All such purchases are FOB DR and delivery is deemed complete once shipment arrives in the destination country. In the case that a package is lost, damaged or seized by customs, the customer assumes all responsibility.

We declare all packages shipping internationally as their true contents and value. Many countries regulate tobacco imports, so we advise checking into the regulations for your specific country prior to placing your order.

Due to the paperwork and extra steps involved in processing international cigar orders, we are currently shipping them twice a week. Also, any additional shipping instructions, including but not limited to, removing cigars from their boxes, packing them in padded mailers instead of boxes, or splitting orders into multiple shipments are all subject to additional processing time.

Customs clearance at the country of destination may take several days to several weeks depending on a large number of factors. First Class Mail will often take 2-6 weeks to reach its destination but it may take even longer than that depending on where you live.

 

By clicking the button “PLACE ORDER” you hereby become responsible for all international expenses including customs, duties, and any other fees imposed by the recipient’s country.
