In 2019, Adam hit the lowest point of his life. What began as mounting pressure and quiet struggle slowly spiralled into a mental health crisis that brought him face to face with some very dark thoughts - including suicide. It was a time defined by isolation, confusion, and the feeling of being completely lost.

 

But in that darkness, something unexpected emerged. Not a quick fix. Not a slogan. A calling. Adam realised that the very thing helping him survive - genuine, unforced connection with other men - was something countless others were missing. Not therapy rooms. Not lectures. Just real conversations, happening naturally, over the things men already connect through.

 

From that moment, his purpose became clear: to create spaces where men could sit together, drop the act, and talk - honestly and on their own terms. That purpose became LOFB.

 

Not a brand built to tear masculinity down, but to rebuild it. To show men that real strength isn’t silence or bravado, but the courage to speak up, stay present, and form genuine connection with others.

 

LOFB meets men where they already are. Through the rituals they already love - cigars, non-alcoholic beer, and time spent together. It exists to create a space to slow down, drop the mask and have real conversation. Because when men connect honestly, everything changes.​​
